‘Devastated’ – families fight funding cuts for people with disabilities

“Over a hundred local adults with developmental disabilities, along with their families and supporters, are reeling from news that the province is about to cut off funding for a support program that was started in Windsor and that they see as vital to keeping them engaged and productive in the community.. . . .”
