Part Three: Supporting and Keeping Community Support Workers
Presented by Judith McGill
It is essential that you find someone to hire who is a good fit for your son or daughter and your family. However, hiring well is never enough. It is critically important to consider what it takes to effectively orient and train a new Support Worker in order to retain them once you have hired them. This workshop will focus on what it takes to build a mutually satisfying relationship with Support Workers over time.
Join us for the third and final part of this workshop series on hiring.
